A complaints system exists and UCD officer does log them

l Convenient to clients

l Empowers Service Users and carers to have their say

l Allows Service Users and carers to be honest about their services

l Led by the Service User Involvement Officer

l Feeds back to user and carer forums

l  Feeds back to Link worker

And as far as equal ops it doesn’t exist – bah humbug!!

We come under PCT equal ops so doesn’t need to be on there really just refer to when needed, becoming a charity is a big piece of work I think were looking at becoming a friends society
